COMPEX
COMPEX is a scholarship scheme provided to Nepalese students by the Government of India for pursuing undergraduate courses (Engineering, Agriculture, Nursing and Pharmacy) in Indian institutes. Students who have either completed their 10+2 or are awaiting the result of 12th class are eligible to apply for the scholarship. However, they must be between 17-22 years of age. The selection of students is done on the basis of an online Remote Proctored Exam conducted by the Embassy of India. General eligibility of different undergraduate courses are -
B.Tech/B.E: Aggregate 60% marks. This includes 50% marks in English and at least 60% marks in each subject, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2.
B.Sc (Agriculture): Aggregate 60% marks. This includes 50% marks in English and at least 55% marks in each subject, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2.
B.Sc (Food Technology): Aggregate 60% marks. This includes 50% marks in English and at least 55% marks in each subject Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2
B.Sc (Nursing): Aggregate 60% marks. This includes 50% marks in English and at least 55% marks in each subject, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2.
B.Pharmacy: Aggregate 60% marks. This includes 50% marks in English and at least 55% marks in each Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2.
