About Us
The NorthCap University (NCU) was founded in 1996. It gained the status of a State Private University in 2009, by the Legislature of the State of Haryana and was accorded UGC approval. NCU has been accredited by NAAC and has been placed in the top 100 category for the Engineering. In the Innovation and Entrepreneurship category, NCU is ranked in BAND ‘A’ (28th) by the Govt. of India. The University has acquired a 5- star rating in Teaching, Employability, Academic Development, Online Learning, and inclusiveness in the QS Star rating. NCU offers a variety of programs in Engineering, Management, Applied Sciences, Law, and Liberal Studies. NCU is recognized by the UGC, BCI and is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), and the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU).
