Indian Institute of Technology Indore, located near Indore city in the heartland of India, is an institute of national importance in the field of Science and Technology. Indore has a strong architectural presence, a tasteful history of food, strings of festivals, and traditions which adds to the rich heritage and culture of this city. Indore has always been alchemy of royalty and modesty which made it one of the biggest commercial hubs in the 18th century carrying forward its legacy even today. The 3rd time winner of the title of the cleanest city of India.
The institute is spread over a 500-acre campus and houses 11 departments, 10 Centers, and more than 153 faculty members offering 42 major academic programs to over 2000 students for nurturing higher learning and professional ethics.
